What is ACIFER about?
ACIFER stands for African Climate Intervention Fellowship for Early-Career Researchers. It's a fully funded virtual fellowship designed to strengthen African leadership in emerging climate intervention research focused on two cutting-edge fields: Carbon Dioxide Removal (CDR) and Solar Radiation Modification (SRM).
These are areas getting more and more attention in global climate policy, and ECF wants African researchers actively shaping that conversation instead of just watching from the sidelines.
