CALL FOR APPLICATIONS: World YWCA Leadership Cohort 2026 — Only 5 Days Left!
Are you a young woman ready to grow your leadership skills while working directly with a global movement? World YWCA has opened applications for its 2026 Leadership Cohort, and time is running out — only 5 days left to apply!
What Is the Leadership Cohort All About?
The World YWCA Leadership Cohort is a six-month, hands-on programme where young women work alongside the World YWCA Secretariat on key global priorities. It's built around mentorship, training, and real hands-on experience — not classroom theory.
This year's cohort will contribute to two major focus areas:
✨ YWCA Community Activation — strengthening the global YWCA movement through events, communications, and storytelling.
๐ Financial Vitality & Impact Mapping — supporting the financial health and collective impact of YWCAs worldwide.
If you want real experience working on global strategy, communications, and impact measurement — this is your chance.
Who Can Apply?
-Young women aged 18–30 who:
-Have at least two years of active engagement in a local or national YWCA
-Can be endorsed by an affiliated YWCA Member Association
-Have a working knowledge of English
-Can commit full-time to the six-month programme
Eligibility (Country/Region): This opportunity is open globally — to young women in any country with an active, affiliated YWCA Member Association.
