FULLY FUNDED YOUTH EMPOWERMENT FORUM (YEF) 2026 || GENEVA, SWTZERLAND

Youth Empowerment Forum (YEF) 2026 — Geneva, Switzerland | Fully Funded | Apply Before July 5

If you have ever dreamed of walking into the United Nations headquarters, sitting in rooms where global policy is shaped, or building relationships with young leaders from across the world — this is your moment.

The Youth Empowerment Forum 2026 in Switzerland is back for its second edition — larger, more ambitious, and more globally representative than ever before.  And this time, the stakes are higher.

What Is the Youth Empowerment Forum?

The Youth Empowerment Forum (YEF) 2026 is a global leadership conference organized by the Center for Global Dialogue & Leadership (CGDL) in Geneva, Switzerland. The forum brings together 250 young leaders, students, professionals, and changemakers from around the world for high-level discussions on diplomacy, global governance, humanitarian action, and social development.

The program includes structured policy dialogues, expert-led workshops, an institutional study visit to the United Nations Headquarters at the Palais des Nations, and dedicated briefing sessions with a guided visit to the World Trade Organization (WTO) headquarters.

This is not a passive conference where you sit and listen. Participants will actively join conversations, share their ideas, and understand how global systems work in real life.

Programme Themes

The forum runs two parallel leadership tracks:

-Track 1 — Global Governance & Diplomatic Leadership

Focused on diplomacy, global governance, and multilateral cooperation, this pathway includes high-level workshops, policy simulations, expert-led panel discussions on international affairs, and a high-level institutional visit to the United Nations Headquarters (Palais des Nations) to learn about the UN's role in multilateralism.

-Track 2 — Global Institutions & International Cooperation

This track offers delegates direct exposure to international cooperation through a dedicated study visit and briefing at the World Trade Organization headquarters in Geneva. Participants will gain practical insight into how international organizations collaborate to address global challenges and support sustainable development.

-Other thematic areas include youth leadership and policy influence, sustainability and climate action, digital innovation and future skills, and peacebuilding and global diplomacy.

What's Covered? (Fully Funded Benefits)

The fully funded scholarship provides the participant with airfare, lodging, meals, all visits, certificates, and conference access. A Kofi Annan Youth Grant of $1,000 will also be awarded to the most actionable Social Action Project.

Additionally, complete conference access comes with a free Geneva transport card usable on all public transportation.

Note: Fully funded seats are limited to around 30 seats and are highly competitive.   Partially funded and self-funded (guaranteed) participation tracks are also available.
