What Is the Young Professionals Bootcamp?
The Young Professionals Bootcamp is an intensive in-residence leadership and enterprise programme designed to equip high-performing young professionals aged 20 to 35 with critical skills and mentorship to inspire innovation, drive success in the marketplace, and transform the Nigerian economy.
The bootcamp has remained steadfast on its mission for a decade, and its curriculum focuses on supporting young professionals across three broad streams: Entrepreneurship, Creative Industry, and Corporate Career.
For creatives specifically — whether you work in film, music, design, or the broader creative economy — the programme gives you the chance to hone your craft and learn the business of creativity.

Funding Access: Participants have the opportunity to pitch their ideas or projects for funding consideration, with the ultimate prize being a share of the ₦150 million grant pool.

Key Eligibility Criteria
You must be between 20 to 35 years of age by June 2026, and you should be a final year student or a graduate. You must also be Nigerian and fully available to attend the bootcamp in its entirety — slots cannot be transferred and attendance is required in full.
When and Where?
Shortlisted participants will attend a four-day bootcamp running from June 25 to 28, 2026. The bootcamp will hold in Lagos, Nigeria, and the exact venue will be communicated to successful candidates.
