The Small Business Academy is a free, educational program designed to help small business owners:

The program blends structured learning with practical mentorship to help businesses win contracts — especially with financial services firms and related industries. 

Over 12 weeks, participants engage in a virtual, instructor-led curriculum, followed by a year of personalized mentorship to help them implement what they’ve learned. 

🧩 Who Can Apply?

Here’s a breakdown of the eligibility requirements:

🌍 Business Location

Small businesses based in the United States, Canada, or Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) are eligible to apply. 

📁 Business Structure

Must be a registered for-profit company.

Businesses operated in underserved communities are especially encouraged to apply. 

⏱ Years in Operation

U.S. & Canada: 3–12 years

EMEA: 2–12 years 

💰 Revenue Requirements

U.S. & Canada: Annual revenue between $100,000 and $2 million

EMEA: Annual revenue between $50,000 and $1 million 

👥 Representation

Up to two representatives from the same business can participate.
