Zenith Bank Startup Pitch Competition 2026: Win a Share of ₦90 Million

Do you run a startup in Nigeria and need funding, mentorship and visibility? The Zenith Bank Startup Pitch Competition 2026 may be your next big break. The deadline is October 7, 2026, just a few days away.

What Is the Zenith Bank Startup Pitch Competition?

The competition is part of Zecathon 6.0, run by Zenith Bank with BeyondLimits. Earlier editions were a highlight of the Zenith Bank Tech Fair. The aim is to find high-potential startups and help them grow through cash prizes, incubation, mentorship and exposure.

Prizes: ₦90 Million in Cash

The top five startups share a ₦90 million prize pool: ₦50 million for the winner and ₦10 million each for four runners-up.  

1st place: ₦50 million

4 runners-up: ₦10 million each

Winners also get access to investors, mentors and training. Past editions included intensive training in financial management, product development, branding and market positioning.  

Who Can Apply?

According to the official application page, applicants must:

-Be growth-stage African startups with a registered business entity  

-Operate in one or more of the listed focus sectors  

The competition is aimed at Nigerian startups, innovative businesses and ventures solving real market problems. Past editions covered Embedded Finance, Cybersecurity, Fintech, HealthTech, Agritech and E-commerce. Check the application page for the 2026 focus sectors.  

Tip: Earlier editions also looked for a working product or MVP, early traction and a scalable business model. Prepare these, and confirm the 2026 requirements on the official page.
