The Watson Institute Flagship Fellowship is a 16-week fully funded program for impact-focused entrepreneurs seeking to elevate their ventures. The program provides leadership training, business development support, mentorship, and global networking opportunities to help founders scale their ventures. It combines immersive learning, workshops, and a final pitch showcase to accelerate sustainable impact.
Who Is This Fellowship For?
This is not for everyone — and that is by design. The Flagship Fellowship seeks exceptional entrepreneurs and community leaders who have reached the Problem-Solution or Product-Market Fit stage with their ventures, demonstrate a proven history of impact and leadership within their communities, have successfully raised funding through grants, investments, donations, or other means, and may lead a team of up to ten full-time team members. What Will You Get?
1. A Fully Funded Experience

2. An In-Person Immersive in Boulder, Colorado
The programme begins with a 2-week in-person Immersive in Boulder, Colorado, followed by virtual sessions. This is where you meet your cohort face to face, build community, and dive into the core programme.
3. Weekly Workshops and Training
Weekly commitments range from 6 to 15 hours, covering modules like Foundations, Funding, and Team Management.

4. Mentorship and a Global Network

5. Basecamp Leadership Experience

Candidates complete the online application in approximately 30 minutes. Submit by the priority deadline of June 28, 2026, for early consideration. Selected candidates will be invited to a 20-minute Zoom interview. Final decisions will be announced by July 9, 2026, and the programme begins on August 11, 2026.
