To be eligible for the IVÓ WorkSmart Program Cohort 3, you must:

- Be a fresh graduate with little or no work experience

- Be between the ages of 18–35 years

- Be resident in Abuja

- Be available for full-time or part-time hybrid work

Format: Hybrid (combination of remote and physical participation)
