WEIGHT GAIN RECIPE USING DATE.


 Previously, I had posted some recipe for weight gain. For I had seen many complaints from ladies, who are uncomfortable with their skinny look.

If you had checked the previous post, and not satisfy with or allergy to some things mentioned there, try this out.

Things needed:

-Dates

-Milk

-butter


Procedure:

~you can either soak the dates in a clean bowl for hours, or a day.. when well soaked, add the milk,and butter. Mix well and take.


-You can also dry and grind the dates making a Powder.

Put in a clean bowl and your milk and butter, mix well and chew.
