✨ About the Training
The WINGS Training for Trainers (ToT) is part of the “Acting Together to Lift Up Philanthropy” initiative — a global movement focused on strengthening the systems that enable giving and social impact.
The program is designed to:
•Equip participants with practical ecosystem mapping tools
•Build facilitation and leadership capacity
•Strengthen collaboration across sectors and regions
•Enable participants to train others in their local contexts
In the previous cohort, participants from over 20 countries engaged in deep learning, peer exchange, and real-world application of frameworks to strengthen philanthropy systems.

1. Ecosystem Mapping Skills
Learn how to analyze and map philanthropy support systems using frameworks like the 4Cs (Capacity, Capability, Connections, Credibility).
