Lagos Business School Young Talent Program Requirements

Applicant must have graduated with a First or Second Class Upper degree (or its equivalent)

Applicants must be under 30 years old at the time of application.

Applicant may be currently enrolled in or have completed a master’s degree (optional)

Entries are open for the Women in Africa Young Leaders Programme (WIA).

 The Women in Africa Young Leaders Programme (WIA) is designed to support and showcase young African women who are actively engaged in the development of a dynamic, innovative, and inclusive Africa.

 This initiative contributes to the pursuit of equal opportunities and facilitates the training of young African women leaders by offering quality support for their professional growth and social advancement, thereby assisting them in fully realizing their potential.

Program Benefits – Women in Africa Young Leaders Programme

HIGH-LEVEL NETWORKING – with CEOs, ministers, journalists, public figures, successful business leaders, and entrepreneurs.

TRAINING PROGRAM – featuring board training, media training, career coaching, women’s

leadership, and tailored training based on individual requirements.

VISIBILITY – through WIA’s communication platforms and media presence.

MENTORSHIP – Each awardee is paired with a mentor (an individual of international leadership stature).

LEARNING EXPEDITION – scheduled for the third quarter, including a business trip organized in a major global economic hub.

25 to 40 years old – Flexibility possible depending on experience level

African – Born in an African country or having parents born in an African country

Francophone, Anglophone, Lusophone – Ideally speaking several languages
