Today, I will be sharing tips on how to keep your body to always look sexy, eyeful, and fabulous.
There are many women who want to loose weight and keep their body moderately. While some want to add weight. And many focuses on building their hips and boobs. Well, it simple if really you apply what you're about to read on your daily routine.
Firstly, if you wanted to gain weight and hips quickly, then do one of these.
1- when you wake up in the morning, take a glass of water. And then relax. After some minutes, go for your YOGA. (Doing some work out) doing is very important in this journey of building your hips. Most preferable yoga is, Squat on air, plank, lifting legs upward while laying down.
Now, After the yoga, get a half table spoon, or one full table spoon of Yeast, add to half glass cup of boiled milk, and a table spoon of honey. Mix well and drink.
If your stomach happens not to be full, get a yoghurt, add Banana to it, add honey mix or blend and take.
At the noon time, you can eat anything you want. But at the evening time, you repeat same process as you did in the morning.
You can also add the yeast to your cereal.
