One League, a global not-for-profit educational institution with Harvard Business Publishing, offers the One League Business Management Fellowship. This fellowship will start in Spring 2025 and offers coursework based on Harvard Business School’s first-year curriculum, taught by One League faculty through the renowned Harvard Case-Study Method. This program includes four courses: Leadership and Strategy, Accounting and Accountability, Global Economics and Operations, and Marketing and Finance. Pending regulatory approval, One League fellows can earn program credits applicable toward the upcoming One League MBA.

The participants must dedicate 20+ hours weekly to the program, including 5+ hours for live classes. Set aside 30-60 minutes monthly for the One League Mentorship Program with your Global Mentor.

There are some prerequisites that all participants must meet to be eligible for this program as follows:
Applicants must have an undergraduate degree.
Minimum 1 year of professional experience.
Strong academic performance is expected.
Significant professional and personal achievements are preferred.
No GMAT or GRE is required.
Admission Criteria
The admission criteria are as follows:
Educational Experience (10%): Major, college attended, undergrad degree
Academic Accomplishments (15%): Class ranking, GPA (min. 3.7 strongly preferred)
Employment (10%): Company, role/title, industry
Professional Accomplishments (15%): Career progression (min. 1-year work experience required)

Personal Accomplishments & Aspirations (15%): Achievements and future goals
Admission Interview (20%): Allow us to get to know you better
